Council for Electronic Media Re-Elects Milen Mitev as Bulgarian National Radio Director General

Milen Mitev was elected for a second term as Director General of the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR) at Thursday's meeting of the Council for Electronic Media (CEM). Three of the regulator's members - acting CEM chairwoman Gabriela Naplatanova, Galina Georgieva and Kadrinka Kadrinova - voted for his candidacy, CE Report quotes BTA

The other members of the Council for Electronic Media - Prolet Velkova and Simona Veleva voted against. Prolet Velkova explained that she did not support any of the candidates and Simona Veleva announced in her reasons that she was casting her vote for the candidacy of Iva Doichinova-Dimitrova.
