Koszalin cinematographer Łukasz Żal has been nominated for a BAFTA at the British Film and TV Awards for his work on the movie ‘The Zone of Interest’ (Strefa Interesów). CE Report quoting The First News

Directed by British screenwriter Jonathan Glazer, the movie is loosely based on the 2014 novel of the same name by Martin Amis about the commandant of Auschwitz, Rudolf Höss, and his wife Hedwig, striving to build a dream life for their family in a house and garden next to the death camp.
