Prices of new apartments in Croatia up
The average price of a newly-built apartment sold in Croatia in 2024 was €2,504 per square metre.
This is an 11.5% increase compared with 2023, according to data released by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics (DZS), CE Report quotes HINA.
