Multimillion VAT fraud uncovered in Croatia, Italy
The European Public Prosecutor’s Office has carried out arrests in Croatia and Italy.
The investigation targets a large-scale VAT fraud scheme linked to an organised criminal group trading in electronic goods and hygiene products, CE Report quotes HINA.
The scheme caused an estimated damage of over €78 million in unpaid VAT.
