Constitutional Court Initiates Case to Challenge Oct. 27 Election Results
The Constitutional Court has initiated a case to challenge the results of the elections to the 51st National Assembly, according to a statement on the institution's website, CE Report quotes BTA
The case was initiated at the request of 58 MPs from the 50th National Assembly. Judge Sonya Yankulova is the rapporteur of the case.
