Arsène Wenger praises Kosovo Football Federation

The Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) has received a letter of appreciation and recognition from FIFA’s Chief of Global Football Development, Arsène Wenger.

In the letter addressed to the president of the FFK, Wenger highly praised the Kosovo federation’s commitment, dedication and cooperation in the process of establishing the “FIFA Talent Academy Kosovo.”

Wenger stressed that the FFK’s commitment had been essential to advancing the initiative, while describing the event held in Pristina as a testament to the federation’s professionalism, organizational excellence and passion for football development, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

“Your unwavering commitment has been essential in advancing this initiative. The historic event held in Pristina is a testament to your professionalism, organizational excellence and passion for football development,” Wenger wrote.

He also praised the support and resources provided by the FFK throughout the process, from adapting to FIFA standards to presenting the vision for the academy.

According to Wenger, the initiative gives Kosovo an important role in developing and nurturing football talent, while also setting an example for other countries.

FIFA’s Chief of Global Football Development expressed his willingness to further strengthen cooperation with the FFK, with the aim of jointly building a sustainable future for football in Kosovo and beyond.
