Moldova to host three international rugby matches
Chișinău will host three international rugby matches from April 4 to 18, with the Republic of Moldova national team participating in two of them.
All matches will take place at the Dinamo Stadium, and entry for spectators will be free, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES.
The series begins on April 4, when Moldova will face Türkiye. On April 11, Moldova will play against Ukraine, and on April 18, Ukraine will take on Bulgaria.
Anatol Curechi, president of the Moldovan Rugby Federation, said the matches mark the return of rugby to the public spotlight in Moldova.
“Rugby is coming back strongly in Moldova, starting with the Moldova – Türkiye match on April 4 at 14:00. We look forward to seeing you at Dinamo Stadium to support the national team! Entry is free,” the official said.
