Inter reveals Federico Dimarco’s future at club
Inter remain unfazed by interest from the Premier League and are determined to keep Federico Dimarco at San Siro.
The Nerazzurri club plans to begin contract renewal talks in February, with the aim of extending the current deal, which runs until 2027, to 2029 or 2030, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.
According to the management’s plan, the renewal would also include a salary increase, from €5 million to €5.5 million per season, placing Dimarco on the same level as the team’s leaders. For head coach Cristian Chivu, the left wing-back is a key figure and is not considered for sale, especially after his contribution of four goals and seven assists this season.
Arsenal’s interest has not changed the club’s stance, while the Manchester United option has been definitively ruled out following the departure of Ruben Amorim. Inter are aiming for stability and continuity, with Dimarco seen as one of the pillars of the club’s sporting project, Tuttosport reports.
