Inter Plans Tactical Shift, Seeks New Striker
Inter is working to strengthen its attacking line for coach Cristian Chivu, following the departures of Marko Arnautović and Joaquín Correa as free agents, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.
After the arrival of Bonny from Parma and the return of Pio Esposito from loan, the club is looking for another forward profile that fits possible tactical changes—from a 3-5-2 to a 3-4-2-1 or even a 4-3-3 formation.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the main target is Atalanta striker Ademola Lookman. The Nigerian, under contract until 2027, is valued at around €50 million. He has scored 52 goals and provided 25 assists in 118 matches for the Bergamo side.
Possible alternatives include Loïs Openda (Leipzig), Eliesse Ben Seghir (Monaco), Christopher Nkunku (Chelsea), and Alejandro Garnacho (Manchester United), the latter recently offered to Inter's management.
