Bulgarian football team Ludogorets (Razgrad) played to a 2-2 draw against the Netherlands' Alkmaar on Thursday, marking their third draw out of six matches in the UEFA Europa League. Alkmaar initially led with two goals, but Ludogorets responded with two goals shortly after the 60th minute, CE Report quotes BTA

Ivaylo Chochev and Kwadwo Duah scored for Ludogorets, while Ruben van Bommel and Seiya Maikuma found the net for Alkmaar.

With three points, Ludogorets sits in 30th place in the Europa League group phase rankings, needing to reach 24th place to qualify for the preliminary playoff. Alkmaar, with eight points, is in 16th place.

Ludogorets' next match is against Denmark's Midtjylland on January 23.
