Romania's men's sabre team won gold medals on Thursday at the European Cadet and Youth Championships in Naples, Italy, after defeating France 45-36 in the final. CE Report quoting Agerpres

Romania's team made up of Casian Cidu, Vlad Covaliu, Mihnea Enache, Radu Nitu, outperformed the Netherlands in the round of 16, 45-12, defeated Germany in the quarterfinals, 45-27, and won against Spain in the semifinals, 45-28. The podium was completed by Spain.
