Calhanoglu’s wife responds to Lautaro’s loyalty remark

Sinem Gündoğdu, the wife of Hakan Calhanoglu, has reacted to the statements of Inter captain Lautaro Martinez, who said that "anyone who doesn't want to stay should leave". Although Lautaro did not mention the Turkish midfielder by name, Inter president Beppe Marotta admitted that his words were related to Calhanoglu, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

In an Instagram post, Sinem wrote: "Some people are not loyal to you, but to their need for you. As soon as needs change, loyalty changes too. Don't regret having a good heart, Hakan. Good things always come back."

Calhanoglu was not part of Inter's Club World Cup squad due to injury and returned to Europe ahead of the match against Fluminense, along with several other players.

According to reports, he has a verbal agreement with Galatasaray, however, Marotta has stated that the player has not officially requested to leave the club.
