Rubio Highlights North Macedonia’s role in regional security on Independence Day

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has extended congratulations on the occasion of North Macedonia's Independence Day.

"On behalf of the American people, I extend my warmest congratulations to the people of North Macedonia as you celebrate 35 years of independence. The United States is proud to stand with North Macedonia as a trusted ally and partner. North Macedonia plays an important role in strengthening security and stability across the region through its commitment to our shared defense and collaboration on counterterrorism and cybersecurity efforts," says Secretary Rubio in the note.

Rubio welcomes the continued growth of the bilateral economic partnership, including through this year’s Strategic Dialogue in Washington, CE Report quotes MIA.
