Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said that elections will be held either on July 12 or between October and the end of November.

“Within the next six and a half months at the latest, and possibly even in two and a half months. Depending on the situation in the country and the world, we will be guided by state interests and reasons. I believe the elections will be democratic,” Vučić said.

He announced that ODIHR recommendations will be fully adopted by the parliament, as well as the decisions of the Venice Commission regarding the judiciary, CE Report quotes MIA.

“Everything you have requested, you will get, and then the people will have the opportunity to say what they think about everything and what kind of future they want… I think the people will have a fairly clear choice,” Vučić said.

The President of Serbia also stated that he will soon visit Azerbaijan and then China, stressing that he believes that during what he called the most important visit of his career, he will be able to resolve many issues to the satisfaction of Serbian citizens.

“I will soon visit Azerbaijan. After that, I will have the most significant visit of my life so far, or in my entire professional career, to China,” Vučić said.
