Moldovan citizens urged to follow Israel security rules
The security situation in the State of Israel remains complex, and authorities continue to enforce restrictions and safety measures in the context of the state of emergency and the ongoing armed conflict. The announcement was made by Moldova’s ambassador to Israel, Alexandr Roitman, who urged Moldovan citizens in the country to strictly follow official recommendations, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES.
According to the diplomat, all instructions regarding emergency behavior, including sheltering during alerts, remain valid. In addition, the restrictions established by the Home Front Command have been extended until Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 20:00, with variations applied depending on geographic areas.
At the same time, Israeli authorities have decided to automatically extend re-entry visas until April 30, 2026, with the possibility of further extensions depending on the evolution of the security situation.
Air transport is also affected. Ben Gurion International Airport is operating partially, under a special restricted regime, while border crossings to Egypt and Jordan are functioning according to a set schedule.
Ambassador Alexandr Roitman emphasized that citizens should remain vigilant and continuously follow updated information provided by local authorities, as new instructions may be issued depending on developments.
