EU to set age limits for social media use
The European Commission expects expert recommendations on an age limit for the use of social media in the EU by the summer.
This was said by European Commissioner Glenn Micallef in light of decisions by several member states to restrict social media use for young people, CE Report quotes STA.
Commission Vice-President Henna Virkkunen added that a European approach is needed.
