Serbia free to participate in exercises with Chinese military, says NATO сhief
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said that Serbia has the sovereign right to participate in exercises with the Chinese military.
He added that he would distance himself from the attitude of the country’s president, Aleksandar Vučić, toward China, CE Report quotes FENA.
According to Rutte, China’s overall conduct is problematic.
