
Prime Minister Mitsotakis Touts Progress on Corruption Crackdown
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis emphasized the dismantling of a major corruption ring in Rhodes' Urban Planning Department in his weekly review, asserting, "There are no impenetrable zones. Mitsotakis also highlighted the European White Paper, which includes provisions for stronger EU defense policies, such as a 150 billion euro fund and greater budgetary flexibility for member states. Additionally, he praised the launch of the eVivlio digital application, featuring 20 literary works, and celebrated the European Commission’s approval of Greece’s request for the disbursement of the 5th tranche from the Recovery Fund, totaling 3.1 billion euros.
