National Liberal Party (PNL) interim chair Ilie Bolojan announced on Wednesday that the Social Democratic Party (PSD), the Hungarian Democratic Union of Romania (UDMR), the Save Romania Union (USR) and the national minorities, as pro-European political parties, have agreed to form a coalition, aimed stability and , as part of a joint resolution, CE Report quotes Agerpres

"We, the Social Democratic Party, the National Liberal Party, the Save Romania Union, the Hungarian Democratic Union of Romania and the representatives of national minorities, as pro-European political parties, have agreed today on the formation of a future coalition that will ensure the stability of the government and implement concrete measures for the modernization of Romania, for the benefit of all citizens. We reaffirm our resolve to maintain and strengthen Romania's commitment to European and Euro-Atlantic values and partnerships as pillars of national security and prosperity," Bolojan said at the Palace of Parliament.
