Constitutional Court confirms result of republican constitutional referendum on Moldova's accession to EU
The Constitutional Court (CC) today confirmed the result of the republican constitutional referendum on Moldova’s accession to the European Union, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES
The decision was pronounced by CC President Domnica Manole, following more hours of deliberations. The decision is final and is published in the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial). She noted that there had been two separate opinions by magistrates Sergiu Turcan and Vladimir Turcan.
