Head of state Maia Sandu said today in a video message addressed to Moldovan citizens that she wants the fight against thieves to be carried to the end and not to lose what we have hard won, and to be peace and order in the country, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

"Dear Moldovans, maybe you did not go out to vote at all, maybe you voted for another candidate in the first round. I respect your choice. I want you to know that I will protect democracy with all my might, that is, your right and everyone's right to vote freely for whoever they want. I want you to know one thing - even if we sometimes have different opinions, even if you do not agree with everything I do, you and I do not want the thieves to return to power," the head of state said.
