
EU Commissioner Visits Ungheni
European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos visited the Dulce Plai enterprise in Rădenii Vechi, Ungheni district — a rural entrepreneurship success story known for its honey, propolis, and "Batonash" nutritional bars. Alongside President Maia Sandu, Kos also inaugurated the European Town and toured EU-backed initiatives in Ungheni. The officials attended a Family Festival promoting inclusion and shared values. Kos emphasized the EU’s solidarity with Moldova, grounded in shared principles of dignity, family, and care for future generations.
