Slovenia moves to legalise marijuana for personal use
In Slovenia, two of the three coalition partners have drafted a bill permitting cannabis for personal use.
The proposed law would allow adults to grow up to four cannabis plants at home, CE Report quotes STA.
However, the sale of home-grown cannabis will remain prohibited.
