Tom Cruise reportedly leaves London home amid growing safety concerns
Hollywood star Tom Cruise is reportedly moving out of his luxury residence in London amid growing safety concerns in the area.
The Daily Express reported on Monday that the 63-year-old actor decided to leave the Knightsbridge suburb following a violent daytime robbery at the nearby Bucherer Rolex boutique, CE Report quotes ATA.
During the incident, a gang of motorcyclists allegedly arrived and used daggers to drive off security staff while smashing reinforced glass with hammers and specialized tools. Around £20,000 worth of luxury items were stolen in a raid that lasted only three minutes before the suspects fled.
Sources cited by the Daily Express said the incident reinforced Cruise’s belief that the neighborhood has “declined” in recent years.
Reports also highlight that staff were later seen removing boxes from the property following his sudden departure.
Knightsbridge and nearby Belgravia have faced ongoing issues with motorcycle-related crimes. Metropolitan Police data shows that 295 crimes were recorded in Knightsbridge and Belgravia in November 2025.
