Keanu Reeves expressed his admiration for Diane Keaton, who passed away on October 11 at the age of 79.
The actor had the opportunity to witness her magic on the big screen when they co-starred in the successful 2003 romantic comedy Something's Gotta Give, CE Report quotes ANA-MPA.
“An absolute professional,” he told E! News during the premiere of his new film Good Fortune in New York. “She was very kind to me. A generous artist and a very special, unique person,” he added.
The famous actor also said he was happy to have had the chance to see Keaton reunite with Jack Nicholson in the iconic film directed by Nancy Meyers.
“It was wonderful to see her with Jack Nicholson. Just because of the story they shared and the way they showed love and care for each other. It was truly amazing,” Reeves noted, who played Julian Mercer, a charming young doctor and admirer of Erica Barry, the retired theater writer portrayed by Keaton.
