Helloween will close Midalidare Rock festival in Bulgaria - EXCLUSIVE
German power metal legends Helloween are set to headline the Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley festival on July 12, 2026, in Mogilovo, Bulgaria. The festival promises an exciting lineup of international bands and a unique experience in the heart of Bulgaria’s wine country.
Radi Georgiev, Co-Founder of Sofia Summer Fest, said in an exclusive interview with CE Report that there will be no VIP tickets for the festival, and standard tickets are already on sale through Eventim Bulgaria.
He added that the festival will provide organized transportation from major nearby cities, including Stara Zagora, Chirpan, and Plovdiv, making it easier for fans to reach the venue.
Georgiev also confirmed that three camping zones will be available on-site for attendees who wish to stay close to the festival grounds.
Regarding the lineup, Helloween will close the festival as the headliner of the last day, following performances by other international bands throughout the day. He noted, however, that there are currently no plans to record or live stream the performances for international audiences.
The Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley festival is known for combining high-quality rock and metal performances with the unique atmosphere of Bulgaria’s wine country, and this year promises to be no exception, with Helloween leading the charge.
With 15 gold and six platinum awards and over ten million albums sold, the legendary band marked its jubilee with the new album Giants & Monsters. Released on August 29, the record is the second one released by the reunited Helloween lineup featuring all three vocalists – Kai Hansen, Michael Kiske, and Andi Deris.
