"Stepfather" moves Bosnian audience to tears

Organized by the El Verdu choir, the novel "Stepfather" by author Irma Husić was presented in Velika Kladuša, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The book powerfully and poignantly addresses abuse, emotional neglect, and the struggle for identity within a dysfunctional family, CE Report quotes FENA.

In front of a large audience of literature enthusiasts, Husić introduced a novel that leaves no one indifferent.

The story is based on the true experiences of a woman whose traumas shaped a powerful literary testimony.
