Trump administration targets Nike diversity policies
Nike has come under scrutiny from the Trump administration over the treatment of its white employees.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency for equal employment that under Trump is working to dismantle diversity policies, has opened an investigation into the sportswear giant for alleged discrimination against white employees, CE Report quotes ANSA.
According to the New York Times, the commission is investigating “systemic allegations of intentional racial discrimination linked to diversity, equity and inclusion programs” at Nike that allegedly disadvantage white workers.
