Major Food Factory Investment Launched in Bălți
A new state aid agreement was signed today in Bălți, paving the way for one of northern Moldova’s largest private investments in recent years. The company ELECTROTEHNICA will convert an abandoned industrial hall into a modern food production factory, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES
The project, valued at over 290 million lei, is backed by 173.8 million lei in government support through grants and tax incentives. It will create at least 319 jobs and focus on local ingredients and advanced technology.
Officials say the investment highlights Moldova’s growing appeal to serious investors and reinforces Bălți’s role as a regional economic hub.
