The primary balance of the central government in Greece on a cash basis recorded a surplus of just over eight billion euros in January-September 2024, up from 5.3 billion euros in the same period of 2023, according to figures released by the Bank of Greece on Thursday, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonian
