Bulgaria to host Plovdiv Fair Street Food Fest
The Plovdiv Fair Street Food Fest will again be part of the accompanying programme of the 11th Agra, Vinaria and Foodtech exhibitions from February 17 to 21 at the Plovdiv International Fair in Bulgaria, the organizers said.
The exhibitions will offer visitors a rich musical and culinary programme throughout all five days of the exhibition. Concerts, a street food zone with dishes from all over the world, culinary demonstrations, games and awards are planned for the guests. The programme includes performances from folklore singer Savina, the Bulgarian Rhythms ensemble, the Kristijan Azirovic Orchestra from Serbia, Dimitris Band from Greece and the Amor Mio Latino Band, CE Report quotes BTA.
Every day, specially selected mobile kitchens, street food caravans and trucks will offer dishes from all over the world, prepared on site. On February 20, special guests will be top chefs who represented Bulgaria at the Paella World Cup in Valencia, Spain. They will prepare original recipes on site.
