EU revises Travel Packages Directive
The European Parliament and the EU Council agreed on a revision of the so-called Travel Packages Directive.
The revision strengthens passenger rights while reducing the burden on service providers, CE Report quotes STA.
In cases of force majeure, travelers will be able to cancel their trips and will be entitled to a refund.
