Nasdaq-100 welcomes SpaceX
Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (SpaceX), the aerospace, aviation and artificial intelligence company, will be added to the Nasdaq-100 Index.
Nasdaq announced that SpaceX will begin trading as a component of the Nasdaq-100 Index immediately before the market opens on July 7, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency.
SpaceX shares began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol SPCX on June 12.
The Nasdaq-100 Index measures the performance of the 100 largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market. It is tracked by more than 200 investment products managing over $800 billion in assets worldwide.
