This is Kolev’s second major title, after also winning the European Championship in Romania this past June.

Ivo Rashev earned two bronze medals in the youth under-100 kg category for both left and right arms, while Stefan Stefanov placed third in the junior 90+ kg category (left arm).

The championship continues tomorrow with matches in the veterans' categories (left and right arms), and the competition will be broadcast live on the Olympic Channel and the official YouTube stream of the World Armwrestling Federation.
