Kosovar judoka Fatjona Kasapi has achieved an important result in the prestigious European Open competition, which was held in Tallinn, Estonia, ranking 7th,CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

This success represents a step forward in her career and demonstrates her continued dedication to judo.

In the first match, Fatjona defeated Tova Grandberg from Sweden. In the second round, she defeated Maya Leopold from Israel, thus securing qualification to the quarterfinals. There, she faced French judoka Chloe Devictor, to whom she lost.

After that, Fatjona continued the competition in the repechage, where she faced Dora Bortas from Croatia.

Although she failed to secure victory, she finished the race in 7th place.

As for the judoka, Dëbora Gjakova, this time she was not in her best form and failed to secure victory in this competition
