Bulgarian Boxer Rami Kiwan Secures Quota for Olympic Games in Paris

Rami Kiwan will participate in the Olympic Games in Paris. His strong performance and convincing victory ensured a quota for the Bulgarian national team, after winning his quarterfinal match in the 71kg category of the qualifiers in Busto Arsizio (Italy). CE Report quoting BTA

Kiwan showed his full potential in the fight with the bronze medalist of the World Championships in Tashkent, Wanderson de Oliveira. The match was very tough, and the Bulgarian was able to impose his style with a lot of movement and play from a distance. The Brazilian was looking for more singles and heavy hits, but Kiwan's defence was almost impenetrable and saw him to a 4-1 success.
