Montenegro students quiz Deputy PM on governance, careers, European integration

Deputy Prime Minister for Education, Science and Relations with Religious Communities of Montenegro, Budimir Aleksić, received a delegation from the United Kids International School in Podgorica, led by headmistress Tijana Đurović Azar and teacher Catherine Stogner.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss new technologies and contemporary trends in education systems at the international level, with a particular focus on inclusion in education, CE Report informs via the Montenegrin government website.

Deputy Prime Minister Aleksić also spoke with secondary school students who plan to pursue studies in political science and international relations abroad. He answered students’ questions on Montenegro’s politics, the country’s European future, social dialogue, career development, responsibility, the distinction between branches of government, youth civic activism and education.

Đurović Azar emphasised that cooperation is of great importance for the advancement of the education system, highlighting the need to improve the position of international schools in Montenegro.
