The Israeli army stated on Thursday that it will continue the war, with “even more crushing and destructive” attacks until the “definitive regret and capitulation” of the United States and Israel, after U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to bring Iran into the “Stone Age” through massive bombings in the coming weeks, CE Report quotes AGERPRES.

“With confidence in Almighty God, this war will continue until your humiliation, your dishonor, your ultimate regret, and your capitulation,” said the operational command of the Iranian army, Khatam al-Anbiya, in a statement broadcast on state television.

“Expect even more crushing, broader, and more destructive actions,” the Iranian command added.

The U.S. president said on Wednesday, in an address to the nation, that the United States will strike Iran “extremely hard” in the coming weeks, even though, according to him, Iran is “practically decimated,” and the U.S. is on track to achieve its military objectives.

Ebrahim Zolfaqari, spokesperson for the operational command, responded to President Trump, saying that U.S.-Israeli assessments of Iran’s military capabilities are “incomplete.”

The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) for the Middle East reported on Wednesday that it has struck more than 12,300 targets in Iran during the current conflict.
