Ursula von der Leyen announces new European security strategy
Brussels will present a new European security strategy during Cyprus’s six-month presidency of the EU Council.
The announcement was made in Limassol, Cyprus, by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in response to worsening geopolitical conditions, CE Report quotes STA.
Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides said Europe also needs adequate resources for defence.
