Croatia welcomes arrest of war crimes convict in Montenegro
Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman welcomed the arrest of Milorad Kovačević in Montenegro.
Kovačević is being sought by Croatia, where he was found guilty of war crime against prisoners of war, CE Report quotes HINA.
Gordan Grlić Radman added that Croatia is in constant contact with Podgorica regarding his extradition.
He called it a step toward resolving outstanding bilateral issues and an important signal for Podgorica’s European Union path.
As reported by CE Report, the Croatian Catholic Mission in Vienna received the largest diaspora grant.
