Moldova’s 11th Parliament officially concluded its four-year mandate, having held 172 plenary sessions totaling around 1,100 hours. From July 2021 to July 2025, lawmakers passed 1,589 normative acts—including 1,149 laws, two constitutional amendments, and 217 framework laws, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

The Parliament ratified 259 international agreements, denounced 26 treaties, and adopted 440 resolutions—mostly related to public appointments or dismissals.

Of the 1,967 draft acts submitted, 80% were adopted, while 180 remain under review. The term included 160 ordinary sessions, 11 extraordinary sessions, and one special session.

The Parliament will continue to function in a limited capacity until the next legislature convenes.
