Former U.S. President Donald Trump lashed out at Russia’s Dmitry Medvedev on Thursday, warning him to "watch his words" after the ex-Russian president threatened war over U.S. pressure regarding Ukraine, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency

“Tell Medvedev... to watch his words. He’s entering very dangerous territory,” Trump posted on Truth Social, responding to Medvedev’s earlier comments accusing Trump of pushing toward a U.S.-Russia war.

Medvedev had reacted to Trump’s demand that Russia end the Ukraine war in “10 or 12 days” or face sanctions and tariffs, saying such ultimatums risk conflict between Washington and Moscow.

Trump also criticized India, announcing a 25% tariff on Indian goods starting August 1, and slammed India’s ties with Russia. “They can take their dead economies down together,” Trump said, calling India’s tariffs among the highest in the world.

In response, Indian opposition leader Rahul Gandhi agreed with Trump, saying, “Everybody knows the Indian economy is dead—except Modi and Sitharaman.”
