PASOK Demands Preliminary Probe on OPEKEPE
Main opposition leader Nikos Androulakis responded to Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' call for backing a Parliamentary Investigation Committee on OPEKEPE, saying PASOK will only agree if a Preliminary Investigation Committee is also established to allow proper judicial scrutiny. Androulakis accused Mitsotakis of turning Parliament into a "laundry" and warned that the ruling party is avoiding true accountability by refusing a preliminary probe. He also criticized the government for potentially withdrawing MPs from the debate, calling it "supreme political cowardice" and urged them to preserve Parliament’s dignity, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonia
