
Bulgarian PM to Visit Moldova July 27–28
Bulgarian Prime Minister Rossen Jeliazkov will pay an official visit to Moldova on July 27–28, 2025. The agenda includes talks on bilateral cooperation, Bulgaria’s support for Moldova’s EU integration, and strengthening ties in education, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES
PM Dorin Recean will welcome Jeliazkov in Chisinau on July 27, with bilateral and extended meetings followed by a joint press conference. Later, the two leaders will visit Taraclia district to meet local officials and attend a ceremony marking the transformation of the former Taraclia University into a branch of Bulgaria’s Angel Kanchev University of Ruse.
On July 28, Jeliazkov will meet with President Maia Sandu and Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu.
