Ex-President Sentence Upheld by Supreme Court
The Argentine Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of former President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner against a six-year corruption conviction upheld by the Court of Cassation, CE Report quotes ANSA.
The highest court, according to the ruling, confirmed the six-year sentence and the ban on holding public office.
