Pre-Register to Vote Abroad

Politics

Moldovan citizens living abroad are encouraged to pre-register for the parliamentary elections scheduled for 28 September. Registration is open until 14 August at http://inregistrare.cec.md.

Government spokesperson Daniel Vodă emphasized that early registration is crucial for organizing polling stations efficiently and ensuring adequate resources, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

“By registering, citizens help determine where stations are most needed and avoid administrative issues, especially in high-demand areas,” Vodă said.

He also highlighted that pre-registration enables better planning of logistics and staff allocation for the elections.

Moldovans in Italy, Germany, the USA, the UK, France, and Russia are among the most active in signing up so far.
