The Greek Minister of Justice, George Floridis, has introduced new legislation that prevents same-sex male couples and single men from becoming parents through surrogacy. The amendment to the Civil Code (Article 1350) clarifies that the inability to conceive due to sex is not considered a medical impossibility of pregnancy.
