Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met on Wednesday at the Maximos Mansion with visiting Federal President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
International developments, the prospects of Greek-German relations and the strengthening of Greek-German cooperation within EU were discussed at the meeting.
Mitsotakis particularly thanked Steinmeier for his planned visit to Kandanos, Crete on Thursday and for acknowledging, through his presence there, the nazi atrocities on the island during WWII, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonian
