The prosecution service has initiated 28 pre-trial proceedings for crimes against the political rights of citizens after having received 31 alerts. The Ministry of the Interior has received 41 alerts for violation of electoral legislation and citizens' political rights, 29 of which for vote buying, as reported by Vania Stefanova of the Supreme Cassation Prosecution Office and head of the General Directorate National Police and acting Interior Ministry Secretary General Miroslav Rashkov during a briefing here on Friday, CE Report quotes BTA
