UPDATED President Radev, Cabinet Condemn Terrorist Attack in Krasnogorsk

President Rumen Radev expressed condolences to the families of the victims of the attack in Krasnogorsk through the Presidency's office X account on Saturday morning. A terrorist attack during a concert at Crocus City Hall in the outskirts of Moscow left at least 60 people dead on Friday night. The Council of Ministers echoed Radev's sentiment in a Facebook post, saying: "We unequivocally condemn terrorism in all its manifestations. Radev's post reads: "I deeply deplore the terrible attack in Krasnogorsk, leaving more than 60 dead and many wounded. [Bulgaria] has always condemned all forms of terrorism and assaults against innocent civilians wherever and whenever these happen. Solidarity for the bereaved families and to the [Russian] people."
